About VIKA Maryland

Germantown, MD

Though our team draws on experience and inspiration from around the world, the DMV is our home. We have been placemaking throughout the Metropolitan DC Area for four decades, so we know the area’s geography and development history and have relationships with the region’s decision-makers.

Our Impact

From our contributions in support of the first responders at the Pentagon after the September 11th attacks to transformative districts that add value to communities across our jurisdiction—like Pike and Rose in White Flint, Park Potomac in Potomac, Camp Springs in Largo, Downtown Crown in Gaithersburg, New Carrollton Station in Lanham, and The Blairs in Silver Spring—we take pride in being a part of the process as our communities re-envision themselves.

We invest ourselves in well-designed places that meet community needs and grow sustainably with those communities over time. We work as one cohesive team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and beyond our clients’ expectations.
